Harbour Plaza Metropolis
Harbour Plaza Metropolis opened in June 2002 and is the newest addition to the Harbour Plaza Hotel Group. It is situated in the heart of Kowloon, overlooking the spectacular Victoria harbour, conveniently across from the MTR Hung Hom Station with easy accessibility to other districts in Kowloon, New Territories and Southern part of China. The hotel provides free shuttle bus services to and from the shopping district of Tsim Sha Tsui East and the MTR Tsim Sha Tsui Station.
There are 819 rooms and suites with harbour and city views, designed for guests who expect discreet luxury and modern functionality. The Harbour Club Floors offer attentive services and facilities to business travellers. Service suites with kitchenette facilities are available for long-term stay, and the top floor Presidential Suite is world-class with a large roof top garden balcony and jacuzzi, as well as a 270 degree of Victoria Harbour and the city.
There are six dining outlets: the Senzuru Japanese Restaurant for contemporary Japanese cuisine with an extensive choice of sushi, sashimi and teppanyaki; The Promenade features International cuisine with an extensive range of a la carte and buffet dishes for all day dining; The Patio for Chinese and Thai cuisine with a romantic view of Hong Kong Island at night; the Coffee Corner for tea and pastries and light meals; and The Point which is the lobby lounge with live music every evening; while the Metropolis Harbourview is a stylish restaurant serving classic Cantonese cuisine specializing in seafood delicacies with dim sum at lunch time.
For relaxation, there are a gymnasium, sauna, jacuzzi, spa and an outdoor swimming pool. Business services and banqueting and meeting facilities are available.
