Ying, one of the four signature restaurants, features refined traditional and modern interpretations of Cantonese cuisine under the watchful eye of award-winning Chef de Cuisine Tam Kwok Fung. Experience a uniquely theatrical ambience each time you dine at Ying located on Level 11.
Also on Level 11, is the renowned Japanese restaurant Tenmasa from Tokyo making its international debut at Crown Macau and presenting an exquisite menu of tempura specialities. The popularity of the fare comes from its finest ingredients that are specially flown in from Japan at least five times a week. In true Japanese style, the highly skilled chefs use special metal chopsticks to sense the vibrations of the oil and the food to ensure that each dish is cooked to perfection and presented crisp and piping hot. Tenmasa offers traditional counter-style seating, as well as three small private dining rooms and an exclusive sake bar.
Another signture restaurant, Kira, on level 10, offers a contemporary approach to Japanese dining. Chef Hiroshi Kagata selects only the finest ingredients imported directly from Japan for his exceptional selection of authentic fare, from the freshest seafood to the finest cuts of wagyu beef, expertly prepared to your preference. A tranquil pond encircles the restaurant lending a mystical atmosphere to the distinctive Japanese-style garden pavilions – the perfect setting for post-dinner drinks.
Aurora offers an unmatched brasserie experience on Level 10, with food and wine coupled with a convivial ambience and a stunning view. Whether enjoying a cocktail on the outdoor terrace or its incredible menu offerings, guests are promised contemporary dining at extremely reasonable prices. There is also a Sunday Buffet Brunch.
For casual dining, the Monsoon Noodle Bar offers traditional and authentic Chinese tea house dishes such as congee, dim sum, fried rice, barbecued favourites, as well as an array of Asian noodle dishes, 24 hours a day. Located on Level 3 through the casino.
