Also on Level 11, is the renowned Japanese restaurant Tenmasa from Tokyo making its international debut at Crown Macau and presenting an exquisite menu of tempura specialities. The popularity of the fare comes from its finest ingredients that are specially flown in from Japan at least five times a week. In true Japanese style, the highly skilled chefs use special metal chopsticks to sense the vibrations of the oil and the food to ensure that each dish is cooked to perfection and presented crisp and piping hot. Another signture restaurant, Kira, on level 10, offers a contemporary approach to Japanese dining. Chef Hiroshi Kagata selects only the finest ingredients imported directly from Japan for his exceptional selection of authentic fare, from the freshest seafood to the finest cuts of wagyu beef, expertly prepared to your preference. Aurora offers an unmatched brasserie experience on Level 10, with food and wine coupled with a convivial ambience and a stunning view.
